This easy curry can be made with any type of minced meat. Add your own twist by replacing the peas with small diced new potatoes or even diced mixed peppers !

Heat the oil in a large heavy based pan and fry the onions until brown
Add the minced lamb and stir fry to brown for 5 minutes
Add ginger, garlic, salt and spices. stir, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and add water if needed.
Add peas and tomatoes then stir cover and leave for a further 15 minutes adding water if required.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with warm naan bread.
