Mix the spices, yogurt,lemon and salt in a bowl
Coat the salmon fillets in the marinade. Cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours if possible
Put the fillets on a lightly oiled baking sheet, drizzle with oil and cook in a preheated oven at 200 C/fan 180 C gas 6 for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through
Serve with a mixed salad, rice and coriander sauce ( see recipe)
